Join by company domain
If your organization verifies an email domain, people with that domain can join without an invite.
When you create an organization you can claim your email domain (the part after @ on a company address).
Anyone with a verified Citeaxis email on that domain can join from onboarding without an invite. They receive the default join role the product assigns for domain joins.
Personal inboxes (gmail.com and the like) are not useful as a company domain. Use the domain your team already signs email with.
