Download the PDF and send it

Export the proposal as a PDF and email it from Citeaxis.

From the chat, after a proposal exists:

Download PDF POST /api/quote/pdf renders the current proposal (and the selected package) as a PDF.
Send POST /api/quote/send emails that PDF through Resend.

You need project.send to email it. Members can download when they have project.download. See Roles.
