What to put in the first message so intake asks fewer questions and the proposal lands closer to the truth.
The first message sets the title and the first round of questions. Write it as a brief, not a slogan.
Put these in the first message
- Who uses it roles, not “the team”.
- What they do today the manual path you want replaced.
- Systems of record CRM, ERP, sheets, inbox.
- The outcome a decision, a file, a ticket, a nightly job.
- Constraints you already know country, language, who operates it.
