| Project | A QuoteConversation: chat + proposal + Blueprint + Production. |
| Intake / ASK | First round of questions. Does not price. |
| Quote / Gate / Quote Manager | Pipeline that closes scope and writes the priced proposal. |
| FOLLOWUP | Chat after the proposal. Explains numbers; can reopen the gate; can regenerate. |
| Core / Recommended / Complete | Cumulative packages. |
| Stack profile | The seven infrastructure answers. |
| Scenario / ScenarioSpec | Technology-free spec. |
| Architect | Decides the stack; emits BlueprintCore. |
| BlueprintCore | JSON: shape, components, planned files, contracts, constraints. |
| Domain | One of the sixteen stack axes. |
| Shape | web (Next.js) or service (Hono + CLI). |
| Lock | Hard validation of BlueprintCore. |
