Onboarding

Create an organization, join one by company domain, or accept an invite. Your country sets the currency you pay in.

A user without an organization cannot create a project. /app/onboarding is the gate.

Three ways in

    Accept an invite

    If someone already sent an invite to your email, it is waiting here. Accepting joins that organization with the role they picked.

    Join by company domain

    If an organization has set an emailDomain and your verified email matches it, you can join without an invite. See Join by company domain.

  3. 3

    Create an organization

    You become the Owner. Citeaxis asks for Name, Country, Sector, Size, and Website, and offers a toggle to claim your email domain.

Country sets currency

The organization's country decides the currency you pay in:

  • Brazil (BR) → BRL
  • Everywhere else → USD

Prices are fixed per currency. Citeaxis does not convert USD into BRL at a rate. See Currency.

After onboarding

You land on /app. Open New project when you are ready. If you need people on the thread, invite them first so a manager can approve payment later.
