Projects in Citeaxis
A project is one brief: the chat, the proposal, the Blueprint, and optional expert work, all under one UUID.
A project is one brief. In the database it is a QuoteConversation: a UUID, a title, a thread, a quote, a stack profile, a Blueprint, and optional Production.
It lives in exactly one organization.
What a project holds
- The chat intake, the card, the proposal, and FOLLOWUP.
- The proposal Core / Recommended / Complete, hours, team, ROI.
- The Blueprint preview, then the unlocked zip and MANUAL.
- Production optional expert items and the order you paid for.
- Activity a timeline of jobs, stages, diffs, and payments.
Create a project
/app/new is an empty thread. The first message allocates the UUID and sends you to /app/p/<id>. Creating a project spends one slot of the organization's quota.
Members can create their own projects. They cannot pay. See Request approval.
Work types
Citeaxis classifies the brief as an agent, a pipeline, or an automation. The type is stored on the proposal and changes the shape of the scope. See Agent, pipeline, or automation.
