The first days are usually intake, proposal, and preview. The rest of the timeline in the proposal is you (or Citeaxis Production) running the zip against real systems. Each package carries its own delivery time, set from the task lines it includes; the Quote Manager shows the critical path honestly and re-phases scope into Complete rather than pretending a package is faster than it is.
