Activity timeline
A transcript of every job, stage, file diff, and payment on the project.
The Activity tab is a transcript, not a dashboard chart. It lists, in order:
- Chat turns and jobs (
intake,gate) - Blueprint stages (architect, generate, verify, repair, assemble)
- File diffs between Blueprint versions
- Payments (Blueprint unlock, Production order)
- Approval requests
Empty state: “Nothing happened yet.”
Use it when a colleague asks what changed after a regenerate, or when you need to see why a Blueprint is still verifying.
